Exchanges and Returns


Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. Repairs, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted or provided unless the goods are faulty or unfit for purpose.

Products purchased online cannot be returned to the Pro Hart gallery without prior written confirmation from our Customer Service team through our email address at


If :

–       A product is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own (provided you were not aware or made aware of the defects prior to purchase) and you can provide evidence of the damage / fault;

–       Is not fit for their normal purpose; or

–       Incorrect goods were supplied.

Pro Hart will, upon return of the product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 within a reasonable time if you are able to able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase.

Prizes not transferable or redeemable for cash. All prizes valued under $250.
There are no specific requirements relating to how prizes may be drawn and each entry has a fair and equal chance of winning.
Prize winners will be notified via Facebook Message.
Competitions will close on the last day of each month and winner determined by chance and notified within 7 days. 
If the winner does not contact Pro Hart in 14 days the Competition will be re-drawn.
